Data Edit facilities are provided to input/edit name(s), gender, date of birth, pupil image etc. Fields such as ethnic origin, religion, language, etc have 'picking list' input or change selection facilities to encourage data input conformity however these do not prevent customised data entry. The 'picking lists' may be edited by the system administrator.

Provision is made to record home information such as parent/guardian details, postal and email address, telephone, residence within LEA area etc. A free field memo window with no capacity or input restrictions is provided to record any previous address details, or data which deemed relevant to this section.
