Provision is made to record emergency contact details including name, telephone number, location and address. Also a window is provided to accommodate any notes or special requirements, any number of alternative contact details may be entered.
A facility is provided to link and view the Local Doctor database and to record any appropriate medical details.
The objective must be to ensure that in the event of an emergency all the relevant 'Up to Date' information is immediately available. Lost time must be avoided if at all possible.
