Selection of the General screen facilitates review of any number of 'Rich text' documents, stored within the database structure, which are particular to the selected pupil. These could be personal notes or items of correspondence produced using the applications 'Wordfile' text processing facilities or imported text via Cut and Paste / Clipboard / any 'Windows' word processor or scanning and OCR (optical character recognition) software.

The Archive window provides review of the 'audit trail' data, all users may view the data but edit/delete is restricted to system administrator.
