Facilities are provided to input/edit attendance possible, actual, etc. for the traditional morning and afternoon sessions and also for all sessions. The data may then be included on Pupil Reports. The primary use of the control is intended to be for automatic update and analysis of data entered using the School Plan Management attendance recording system. The attendance log scrolling window may be set to record all attendance entries or just those periods when the pupil was not present, details logged include week,day,am/pm, class/set, subject and absence category. Analysis may be made back to any specified week/year, the log data may have your own comments included or information removed prior to saving the report.

Similarly school meals with multiple selection/price differences may be reviewed, with totals calculated including 'number taken','free' and 'pupil cost'. An edit control is provided to record balance payments, the meal log window data may also be edited with comments added before saving the report.
